First, the customer service was amazing. Nheelsreesh was a great help in my decision for which colors I wanted for this product. They sent me photos on the spool colors they offer and from there I made my decision. I attached a photo of the colors they offer. I chose green for the box and yellow for the organizer. (It's giving Koopa Troopa) Second, the shipping was good, it arrived on time. Lastly, the product itself is awesome! It's compact and if you shake the box, none of the pieces are out of place in the box. There's also an added insert to keep the cards in place, which I thought was cool. The seller was also kind enough to include a free fidget for me. All in all, amazing all around!
