At KreativLayers, we take pride in the quality of our 3D printed products. Each item is crafted with precision and care to meet the highest standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy with a full refund.

Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.

Products must be returned in the same condition as received.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships:

Contact us as soon as possible.

If production has not started, we can cancel your order without charge.

If production has already begun, a cancellation fee may apply.

Shipping Timelines

Most of our products are made-to-order. When you place an order, it is queued for production.

Our goal is to ship orders within 3-5 business days, though it can take up to 10 business days in rare cases depending on order size and backlog.
