Shipping & Return Policy

At KreativLayers, we take pride in our precision 3D-printed board game accessories. Because our products are made-to-order in our solar-powered Michigan studio, we maintain the following clear policies to ensure transparency.

Shipping Policy

Production & Processing Time: Every item is 3D-printed to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be manufactured and quality-checked before it is handed to the carrier.

Transit Times: 

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $35 within the United States.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your game organization. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at nheel@kreativlayers.com.

Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Return Shipping Costs: For "change of mind" returns or orders placed by mistake, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Our Responsibility: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is the incorrect item, KreativLayers will provide a pre-paid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return: Please email us with your order number and photos of the item and we will give you the instructions.

Cancellations

As we begin the 3D printing process shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of purchase.
